Thanh Binh

This is one of the best and most talked Vietnamese restaurant in Sydney.
Thanh Binh is one of the best kept culinary secrets in Sydney.

We really love the appetizers in Thanh Binh, we recommend you to have

Bánh tôm

sweet potato straw & prawn fritter,
served with mixed greens & fish-based dipping sauce. This is a
Vietnamese version of prawn pancake. This is so delicious!!

Gỏi đu đủ cua lột

Lightly battered soft shell crab served on green papaya salad
with lemon dressing. They make the crab so crispy and the taste is sour.

The main dishes which we recommend you to try are

Cá Hà Nội – Hà Nội Fish

Tumeric fish (lightly battered) with dill, mini cooked in clay-pot on
table; vermicelli, lime, peanut and shrimp sauce accompaniments

Mì Vịt Tiêm

Twice cooked soy aniseed duck served on top of egg noodles with
baby shitake and bok choy
